What you will do

• Draft, edit, and format content for emails, newsletters, intranet, and video scripts.
• Manage communication calendars and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure message alignment.
• Coordinate employee programs and events, including town halls and culture-building activities.
• Maintain internal communication channels, update intranet pages, and track engagement metrics.
• Partner with HR, Learning & Development, and Manufacturing teams on communication initiatives.
• Monitor media coverage and adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in communications.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Canva.
• Experience with event production, content creation, and digital communication tools.
• Willingness and ability to work on site in Alameda, CA.
• Basic photo and video capture/editing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a regulated industry such as healthcare, biotech, or pharma.
