What you will do

• Pitch and secure coverage across mainstream, tier-1, and industry outlets to build brand recognition.
• Own end-to-end press release lifecycle including drafting, approvals, and distribution.
• Build and maintain media contacts, field inbound inquiries, and coordinate responses with experts.
• Track media coverage, write blog posts, prepare executive briefing documents and talking points.
• Support event logistics, award nominations, and cross-functional coordination across time zones.
• Manage PR tools, vendors, and GTM pipeline trackers.

Requirements

• 4–6 years in journalism, communications, PR, or media relations, ideally in crypto, fintech, or high-growth tech.
• Strong writing skills for press releases, blogs, briefings, and social content.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, async-first environment, managing multiple projects and editorial calendars.
• Experience with wire services and PR tools like Muck Rack or Cision.
• Background in crypto/blockchain, including stablecoins, on/off-ramps, and regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating with external PR agencies.
• Prior agency experience at crypto or fintech PR firms.
• International media coverage experience.
