Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly

What you will do

• Direct investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of high-complexity claims.
• Ensure timely and equitable resolutions adhering to policy, regulations, and standards.
• Build relationships with policyholders, attorneys, vendors, and internal teams.
• Mentor and train Claims Representatives and support staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with more than 5 years of progressive claims handling experience
• Extensive knowledge of insurance regulations and claim management systems
• Strong analytical problem-solving, strategic negotiation, and communication skills
• Industry certifications preferred (e.g., AIC, CPCU)
