What you will do

• Conduct high volume of customer contact via phone, email, mail, and fax to promote and renew coverage and sell ancillary products.
• Facilitate application and underwriting process, including sending forms, finalizing submissions, and following up with clients.
• Present quotes, close sales, and gather market intelligence if unable to close.
• Document all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain customer relationships by responding to questions, needs, and requests after first year of coverage.
• Serve as backup to other Client Relations Account Representatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
• Previous sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in insurance industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interface effectively at all levels.
• Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.
