Salary: $30/hour - $65/hour

What you will do

• Coordinate on-site product training and professional learning courses for teachers and school administrators.
• Deliver professional learning courses on the effective implementation of Ready and i-Ready to impact learning.
• Provide tailored on-site support, including lesson planning, pacing, and helping educators analyze data.
• Adjust professional learning workshops within specified parameters to fit the needs of participants.
• Track and submit detailed training notes and complete all assignments in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional image while interacting with customers and prospects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience teaching or coaching ELA or Reading.
• Strong working knowledge of the Common Core State Standards for ELA/Reading (Grades K–8).
• Fluency with digital tools, online assessments, and applying data to instruction.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them to professional development.
• Valid driver's license and own transportation for travel up to 80%, including overnight stays.
• Must currently live in or be open to relocating to Missouri.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in ELA or Reading.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
