What you will do

• Evaluate students' assignments for Physical Education, Health, and Life Skills courses, providing comprehensive feedback.
• Host weekly virtual group tutoring sessions to clarify curriculum concepts and provide additional support.
• Serve as a Student Advisor for a caseload of up to 30 students, providing personalized guidance and quarterly check-ins.
• Collaborate with support specialists and counselors to implement tiered support solutions for struggling students.
• Act as the primary academic point of contact for both parents and students.
• Lead extracurricular clubs and contribute to the implementation of school-wide academic policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, Physical Education (Kinesiology or Exercise Science), or a related field.
• At least 3 years of full-time secondary teaching experience in the United States.
• Comfort teaching both Physical Education and Health, as well as supporting Life Skills courses.
• Professional experience supporting students in secondary education within the last 5 years.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, gradebooks, and curriculum platforms.
• Must be based in the U.S. (any time zone).

Nice to have

• Personal training or fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, or CrossFit).
• Full-time high school teaching experience in the United States.
• Previous online teaching experience.
