Salary: $14-$18/hour (up to $144 daily)

What you will do

• Fill in for teachers on leave due to vacation, illness, or personal matters.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning experience for children.
• Lead children in various activities, including educational games, arts and crafts, music, and outdoor play.
• Collaborate with a team of teachers and follow the guidance of the onsite program director.
• Communicate with families regarding their child's daily progress.
• Complete the mandatory training and onboarding process.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in childcare, teaching, or working with children ages 0-5.
• Ability to pass a state background check and complete a TB test/physical.
• High school diploma or GED, CDA credential, EDU 119, ECE degree, or 1+ years of experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Must be located in Shallotte, NC or surrounding Brunswick County areas.
