What you will do

• Lead, manage, and motivate a regional team of District Partnership and Professional Learning Specialists in Texas.
• Develop innovative strategies to strengthen product implementation and expand educational impact across the region.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to grow customer relationships and execute regional webinars and live events.
• Align professional development efforts with Texas statewide K-12 initiatives.
• Travel to districts to provide hands-on support and observe team performance (up to 60% travel during peak seasons).
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive regional decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in Texas and live close to a major airport.
• 5+ years of experience managing professional development teams.
• K-12 teaching experience with deep knowledge of the Texas education system.
• BA/BS degree.
• Proven track record as a people manager fostering cross-team collaboration.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
