What you will do

• Serve as an implementation expert for large, complex school districts in Greater Houston.
• Develop and execute professional development plans aligned with district goals and initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including district leaders, principals, and teachers.
• Travel locally (40-60%) to deliver training and provide hands-on implementation support.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to manage and grow customer relationships and support pilots.
• Analyze usage data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps for districts.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• 5+ years of experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
• Experience as a school/district administrator OR extensive experience delivering PD to administrators.
• Experience leading district or school instructional initiatives or curriculum adoption.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills for engaging teachers and administrators.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
