What you will do

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external agents, producers, and carrier underwriters.
  • Service existing accounts and identify new business opportunities using P&C insurance expertise.
  • Collaborate with producers to prepare specifications, underwriting data, and marketing strategies for renewals.
  • Support the implementation of new coverage lines, including account setup and documentation review.
  • Provide accurate coverage analyses and quotations for new and additional coverages.

Requirements

  • Valid state P&C license is required.
  • 2–5 years of Brokerage experience, specifically in P&C Commercial Lines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and insurance agency management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverages, rating procedures, and compliance legislation.
  • Ability to communicate technical insurance concepts clearly to clients and underwriters.
  • Must be based in the United States.
