TL;DR

Account Executive, Mid-Market Resi (SaaS Sales): Drive consultative sales opportunities for ultra-reliable live streaming technology with an accent on self-sourced leads, territory management, and technical objection handling. Focus on building pipelines, delivering customized demos, and closing deals at or above quota while collaborating on implementations.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office per week) in Allen, TX or Colorado Springs, CO; or remote only in approved US states: AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, VA. All other states not considered. Required schedule: 8AM-5PM Central Time.

Compensation: $65k base + $40k variable = $105k OTE

What you will do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies in new and existing markets, presenting products to overcome technical objections.
  • Own mid-market inside sales territory and guide prospects through the buyer journey.
  • Create and manage qualified sales pipelines to achieve quota.
  • Build and deliver customized platform demos.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve technical implementation issues.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in at least 2 of: SaaS sales, broadcast/production technology, church/religious non-profits
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM and sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • High school diploma required, BS/BA preferred
