TL;DR
Director, International Market Management (Sub-Saharan Africa; Europe; UK): Develop and execute strategic plans for partnerships across international markets with an accent on Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, and the UK. Focus on building stakeholder relationships, managing sales pipelines, and analyzing market trends to promote SAT and AP programs.
Location: Remote, but must live in the USA. Resident in USA, Citizen of USA with US passport for travel required. Willingness to travel extensively outside the USA (25-30%).
Salary: $80,000–$130,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic plans for markets in consultation with leadership, including account planning and business reviews.
- Identify opportunities, analyze trends, and provide data-informed recommendations to grow partnerships.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline aligned to schools and networks' needs.
- Deliver workshops and professional development for K–12 and higher education audiences.
- Build relationships with decision-makers at schools, universities, associations, and government offices.
- Collaborate across teams and regions to support program growth and implementation.
- Use Salesforce CRM for account management and lead regional projects.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in international education or related field; assessment, curriculum, or student achievement preferred.
- Clear communication skills and ability to analyze/synthesize data for stakeholders.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and computer literacy (Microsoft, ChatGPT).
- Experience or willingness to plan in-person events and speak to educators/students.
- Collaborative mindset with drive for impact using data-driven decisions.
- Resident in USA, US citizen with passport; extensive travel (25-30%).
