TL;DR

Director, Teamship Business Partnerships: Own the end-to-end process of recruiting, engaging, and supporting business partners for a work-based learning program with an accent on building pipelines, creating high-quality matches, and driving operational scalability. Focus on converting prospects, ensuring smooth program delivery, and iterating processes using data and feedback.

Location: Fully remote in the USA. Hybrid option (Tuesday and Wednesday in office) if living near hirify.global offices. Must have authorization to work in the United States for any employer. Willingness to travel 3-5 times per year.

Salary: $80,000 - $130,000

What you will do

  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective business partners, recruiting and converting them through tailored outreach and communication.
  • Create high-quality matches between business partners and Teamship programs, scoping challenges and ensuring smooth onboarding and delivery.
  • Drive operational improvements by identifying friction points, designing scalable solutions, and collaborating on process iterations.
  • Maintain systems, tools, and workflows for efficient matching and program scalability.
