Salary: $80,000-$130,000

What you will do
- Drive sales and expansion (60%): lead growth strategy for target states, manage sales pipeline in Salesforce, secure new district/school partnerships, and hit revenue targets.
- Conduct discovery conversations with district leaders, tailor proposals, facilitate info sessions, and coordinate contracts.
- Lead engagement and retention (40%): serve as executive relationship lead, conduct partnership reviews, uncover expansion opportunities, and mitigate renewal risks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with programs, business partnerships, product, and state teams for seamless implementation.
- Travel up to 30% for conferences, meetings, and engagements.
Requirements
- 5-10 years in school district leadership or educational sales
- Demonstrated credibility in CTE, work-based learning, or district partnerships, preferably in priority states (Colorado, North Carolina, New York)
- Established relationships with district leaders, CTE directors, or workforce development stakeholders preferred
- Track record influencing senior district leaders; comfort in ambiguity and strategy shaping
- Strong communication skills to craft compelling value propositions
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
- Authorization to work in the United States

- Experience building/managing sales pipeline from prospecting to renewal
- Experience in CTE and/or work-based learning
