What you will do

• Maintain and update renewal logs in Quote Tracker and Synergy CRM systems.
• Send renewal solicitations and determine proper renewal terms with carriers.
• Handle communications with carriers throughout the renewal process.
• Create branded quote documents and payment instructions for renewals.
• Process mail orders, issue policies, and handle invoices for timely payments.
• Provide mid-term policy servicing including cancellations, reinstatements, and endorsements.
• Participate in team meetings and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 months related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Nice to have

• Insurance knowledge or coursework (INS21, INS22, INS23).
• Experience in the veterinary industry.
