Salary: $15.05 - $23.08 per hour

What you will do

• Review and analyze criminal records to assess applicant eligibility and mitigate risks for clients.
• Ensure strict compliance with Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) regulations.
• Manage and respond to inquiries from clients and consumers via phone and email.
• Audit GenAI outputs as a Human-in-the-Loop to ensure factual accuracy and remove hallucinations.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on the next steps in the screening process.
• Collaborate with peers to manage workload and resolve complex screening problems.

Requirements

• Must be based in Arizona, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, North Carolina, or Florida.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for de-escalating difficult conversations.
• Ability to follow strict legal and regulatory guidelines.
• Competency in crafting context-rich prompts for GenAI tools.

Nice to have

• Experience handling sensitive information or delivering unfavorable decisions.
• Previous experience in the multi-family housing industry.
• Bachelor's degree.
