What you will do
- Process and manage high-volume orders for number porting, service provisioning, billing setup, and inventory using case management systems.
- Perform quality assurance checks, submit orders, and coordinate with carriers, partners, customers, sales, and support teams.
- Troubleshoot routine to moderate issues like activation failures, unclear requests, or conflicting information, escalating non-routine problems.
- Respond to internal stakeholder requests, clarify supported services, and provide clear handoffs via email, templates, and phone.
- Manage own workload to meet SLAs, prioritizing based on product line, function, and coverage requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years in order management, telecom customer service, and porting with focus on fixed-line (EMEA experience essential)
- Bachelor/Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Accuracy, efficiency, organization, and ability to prioritize workload
- Strong analytical skills for verifying data, checking compliance, and basic problem-solving
- Working knowledge of inventory, porting, provisioning tools, and Microsoft systems
- Professional attitude, reliable self-starter with strong work ethic and communication skills
