Production Control Technician

TL;DR

Production Control Technician: Establishes, coordinates, and monitors digital workflow for aerial imagery and property insights production with an accent on real-time queue monitoring, high-volume SLA management, and first-level exception handling. Focus on prioritizing reports by due times, triaging issues, escalating blockers, and ensuring accurate timely delivery under strict timetables.

Location: Remote US only. Shift: Sunday-Thursday 9:30am-6:30pm PST (training Monday-Friday). Must be available for both.

Compensation: $18.72/hr

What you will do

• Monitor production queues in real time to ensure files and data move correctly between stages and departments.
• Manage and prioritize thousands of daily reports based on strict hour-based SLAs and workload.
• Perform first-level exception handling for workflow issues like failed handoffs or processing errors.
• Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams with clear documentation and urgency (non-customer facing).
• Maintain constant communication on priorities, risks, and status updates across teams.
• Rotate across core roles to handle backlogs, support new workflows, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• Computer proficiency: Fast and accurate use in deadline-driven environment (multiple apps, file handling).
• Remote-work readiness: Reliable use of chat, calls, screen sharing; responsive during shift.
• Availability for PST shift: Sunday-Thursday 9:30am-6:30pm PST; Monday-Friday training.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and task-switching under pressure.
• Clear written communication for coordination and status updates.
• High school diploma or GED.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, filters, large data sets).
• Experience in high-volume, deadline-driven operations, production, or support.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or relevant analytical training.
• Comfort with large data sets and remote/hybrid collaboration tools.
