Portfolio Manager (Technology and Operations): Oversee the full portfolio of initiatives for the LATAM office with an accent on prioritization, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination. Location: Hybrid role based in San Juan, Puerto Rico office. Authorization to work in the United States required. Willingness to travel occasionally throughout Latin America and the United States (2-3 times per year).
Salary: $64,000 - $83,000

What you will do
- Own and manage the Technology and Operations project portfolio, aligning with LATAM strategic priorities.
- Establish centralized intake, prioritization, and sequencing processes for initiatives.
- Oversee execution of cross-functional projects, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, research, and other teams to manage dependencies and provide visibility.
- Maintain portfolio roadmap with timelines, ownership, and status updates.
- Translate business needs into executable plans for technical teams.
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 5+ years managing technology or operational projects, preferably portfolios of concurrent initiatives.
- Strong experience with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Proven experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies and modern project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Nice to have
- Experience with digital platforms, CRM systems, or enterprise implementations.
- Familiarity with portfolio management practices, dashboards, and reporting tools.
