Salary: $190,000-$225,000

What you will do
- Own and evolve the enterprise agile operating model, aligning delivery to strategic business and product priorities.
- Lead the Enterprise Agile Center of Excellence, providing direction to coaches, delivery leaders, and transformation teams.
- Drive adoption of agile and Dual Track Agile practices across business and technology teams.
- Govern portfolio intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and maintain the Three Horizons Roadmap.
- Facilitate Quarterly Portfolio Reviews, Scrum of Scrums, and resolve cross-team dependencies and impediments.
- Embed compliance and risk into delivery processes, publish performance insights, and build enterprise dashboards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in business, technology, or related field
- 12+ years in enterprise agile transformation or delivery leadership, including 5+ years at director/VP level
- Proven experience designing enterprise delivery models with OKR governance, portfolio processes, and financial governance
- Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Dual Track Agile; scaling in 500+ person matrixed organizations
- Hands-on with DORA metrics, NPS, dashboards; embedding compliance (privacy, model risk, WCAG, financial controls)
- Insurance/financial services experience strongly preferred; SAFe SPC, ICP-ENT, PMI-ACP or equivalent certification required
