What you will do

• Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer needs and develop customized technical solutions.
• Translate business objectives into technical requirements and solution designs.
• Drive compelling demos and Proof of Values to showcase hirify.global platform value.
• Respond to security questionnaires and provide feedback to product and engineering teams.
• Stay updated on AI-powered development tools and contribute to internal tools and documentation.
• Support pre-sales to post-sales transition for smooth customer onboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing technical role with 2+ years in startup-like environment.
• Experience with diverse stakeholders from technical teams to business leaders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer needs.
• Strong experience with software development tools, command line, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Excellent communication, ownership, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn.
• Willingness to mentor and upskill peers.

Nice to have

• Experience in Kubernetes, Terraform, Github Actions, or other container orchestration and CI/CD tools.
