What you will do

• Lead the technical sales process for enterprise and partner-led opportunities, from discovery and solution design to executive presentations.
• Design and execute proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilots that demonstrate measurable business value.
• Develop solution architectures integrating hirify.global with cloud platforms, data warehouses, data lakes, and AI services.
• Educate customers and partners on practical applications of Generative AI and agentic workflows.
• Provide technical enablement, workshops, and guidance to strategic technology and consulting partners.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering to communicate field feedback and market trends.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, or Data & Analytics Consulting.
• Strong understanding of AI, analytics, BI, data engineering, and data science concepts.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and at least one programming platform such as Python, R, or Spark.
• Experience designing solutions on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Must be based in Singapore and able to travel regionally up to 60%.

Nice to have

• Experience in BFSI, specifically regarding risk reporting, AML, fraud analytics, and financial crime detection.
• Industry certifications from AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Experience with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI governance frameworks.
• Experience supporting strategic alliances and systems integrators.
