Salary: $200,000 - $225,000 USD

What you will do

• Shape AI adoption within the Product practice, identifying opportunities and scaling AI-informed workflows.
• Manage and mentor 5–8 direct reports and oversee reporting lines for 20–30 product managers.
• Collaborate with portfolio directors and program managers to ensure smooth delivery and effective staffing.
• Develop hirify.global's point of view on AI governance and delivery in regulated public-sector environments.
• Own and drive complex external go-to-market strategies for hirify.global’s solutions end-to-end.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive product management experience.
• 3+ years of people management and 3+ years of organizational leadership.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must reside in one of the approved US states (e.g., CA, NY, TX, FL, WA, etc.).
• Strong relationship-building skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders across large organizations.
