What you will do

• Define and own vision for new product initiative based on customer problems, business priorities, and technical feasibility
• Synthesize company inputs into clear product strategy and align executive team
• Translate strategy into execution by defining requirements, sequencing work, and driving delivery with engineering and design
• Identify opportunities to connect existing capabilities into cohesive product experience
• Drive product to customers, iterate based on feedback, and establish scaling foundation including resourcing and hiring
• Operate as builder creating clarity and momentum in ambiguous environment

Requirements

• 8–15+ years product management experience with track record owning product areas at senior level in complex organizations
• Proven 0→1 product building, ideally platforms or systems connecting components
• Strong platform thinking and data-driven products experience with integrations, APIs, multi-system environments
• Ability to define vision from ambiguity and execute through to delivery
• Experience aligning executive stakeholders and mobilizing cross-functional teams without authority
• Comfort in high-ambiguity environments with conviction, collaboration, and pattern recognition
