TL;DR

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: onsite 2 days per week)

Salary: $128,000 — $196,900 USD

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the AMER sales onboarding experience to drive GTM readiness.
  • Conduct high-impact virtual and in-person facilitation and coaching sessions to engage learners.
  • Partner with Enablement Business Partners and sales leaders to develop strategic learning content.
  • Manage complex program logistics and coordination, ensuring high-quality, error-free delivery.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to measure impact and refine onboarding strategies.
  • Serve as a cultural ambassador, ensuring every new hire is welcomed and energized from Day 1.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in enablement, onboarding, or SaaS sales.
  • Strong knowledge of CIAM and security landscapes or a high aptitude for learning.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Must be based in San Francisco to comply with the 2-day-per-week onsite requirement.
  • Willingness to travel 10–15% based on business needs.
