Location: Remote anywhere in the US, remote-first company with mandatory all-company meetings several times a year and up to 15 days of travel per year.
Salary: Base $110,000–$119,000 (OTE $157,000–$170,000)

What you will do
- Lead SDR team to fuel outbound pipeline through AI-enhanced playbooks, automation, and authentic outreach.
- Audit processes, assess performance, and implement quick wins for activity-to-meeting conversions.
- Launch account-based campaigns with Marketing and optimize lead handoffs with Sales and RevOps.
- Establish coaching rhythms, dashboards, and development frameworks for SDR to AE progression.
- Institutionalize repeatable outbound systems and achieve quota attainment with continuous improvements.
- Build high-performance culture blending human connection and AI innovation.
Requirements
- Must be based anywhere in the US with up to 15 days travel per year.
- Track record of scaling SDR teams and delivering pipeline growth in SaaS environments.
- Experience with sales tools like Gong Engage, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and AI integrations (e.g., ChatGPT).
- Strong coaching, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Data-driven mindset for metrics like activity-to-meeting, meeting-to-opportunity conversions.
