Salary: $90,000–$105,000 per year

What you will do
- Design and deliver enablement programs and onboarding for Renewal Managers and Account Executives.
- Build training content focusing on renewals, pricing conversations, and escalation handling.
- Lead coaching sessions on negotiation and effective commercial conversations.
- Use data insights and call reviews to identify skill gaps and guide performance improvement.
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Product, Finance, and Customer Success to align messaging.
- Drive the adoption of tools like Salesforce and Gong to improve visibility and execution.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, customer success, or growth.
- Experience conducting renewals, pricing model shifts, and retention motions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for simplifying complex ideas into training.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and call insights to improve performance.
- Ability to coach individuals across different experience levels.
- Must be eligible to work in the US (implied by 401k and health benefits).
