What you will do

• Design and deliver enablement programs and onboarding for Renewal Managers and Account Executives.
• Build training content focusing on renewals, pricing conversations, and escalation handling.
• Lead coaching sessions on negotiation and effective commercial conversations.
• Use data insights and call reviews to identify skill gaps and guide performance improvement.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Product, Finance, and Customer Success to align messaging.
• Drive the adoption of tools like Salesforce and Gong to improve visibility and execution.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, customer success, or growth.
• Experience conducting renewals, pricing model shifts, and retention motions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for simplifying complex ideas into training.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and call insights to improve performance.
• Ability to coach individuals across different experience levels.
