What you will do
- Develop and scale coaching programs to improve Demo Quality Scores and transition technical correctness into persuasive storytelling.
- Own the end-to-end SE onboarding journey to shorten ramp time and embed company values and professionalism.
- Utilize enablement tools like Gong, Vivun, Tableau, and Lattice to identify performance gaps and measure program ROI.
- Build and maintain the source of truth for SE playbooks, including discovery guides, demo scripts, and technical calculators.
- Partner with SE leadership to analyze churn data and create training interventions to bridge the gap between sales promises and product reality.
- Facilitate peer call reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Training, or Solutions Engineering within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep familiarity with performance management frameworks and coaching to specific KPIs (Quota, Churn, Demo Scores).
- Technical aptitude to understand complex workflows and proficiency with SFDC/Vivun tracking.
- Exceptional communication skills for commanding rooms and writing concise documentation.
- Experience with Gong, LMS platforms, and Tableau.
