What you will do

• Drive operating rigor by aligning cross-functional priorities and ensuring clarity on milestones and KPIs.
• Act as a strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team, providing data-driven insights to chart new business paths.
• Evaluate the competitive landscape and identify and size new growth opportunities.
• Define and track operating KPIs, communicating the drivers behind performance variations.
• Prepare high-stakes materials and decks for the Board of Directors and investors.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve ambiguous, high-impact problems with complex dependencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, strategic finance, or a highly analytical role.
• Deep industry expertise in SaaS or AI sectors.
• Advanced technical proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and Tableau.
• Proven ability to lead complex workstreams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States.
