TL;DR

Program Analyst (Energy Efficiency): Support delivery of energy efficiency programs by managing program data, owning forecasting tools, and providing actionable insights with an accent on forecast status, trends, and key drivers. Focus on analyzing complex program data, producing accurate reports, and identifying process improvements.

Location: Remote - Successful candidates are residents of the state of Oregon. Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Salary: $65,000-$70,000 annual (Compensation Range $52,000 - $74,400)

What you will do

  • Own and manage the energy efficiency savings and incentive budget forecasting tool.
  • Serve as the expert on forecast status, trends, and key drivers.
  • Analyze complex program data and provide insights to support program and client needs.
  • Work closely with Program Managers to support forecasting models and evolving processes.
  • Produce clear, accurate reports aligned with contract and program requirements.
  • Build and maintain analytical and data management tools, provide inputs for Power BI reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for process and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Resident of the state of Oregon.
  • Authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or program support.
  • Strong data analysis skills with ability to explain what drives results.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
  • Experience owning or managing forecasting tools.
  • Familiarity with Power BI.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
