What you will do

  • Build and run Sales Operations strategy for Alliances, including process standardization across GTM teams.
  • Connect structured and unstructured data to create predictive models driving sales efficiency, visibility, and monetization.
  • Forecast net new business and renewals, analyze trends, and recommend actions based on data.
  • Monitor and optimize sales performance, identify issues, and partner with leaders on business operations.
  • Define KPIs, tie quotas to pipeline and activity, and build automated reporting with next-gen tools.
  • Manage pipeline hygiene, territories, capacity modeling, quota setting, and evaluate tech tools for ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or quantitative field.
  • ~3 years in Sales Operations, Alliances Operations, Finance or Strategy in High Tech, SaaS, Security.
  • Salesforce.com experience required; MS Excel/Google Sheets power user.
  • Business Intelligence tools experience preferred (Tableau, Clari, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
