Operations Analyst

TL;DR

Operations Analyst (Power BI): Analyze large complex datasets to drive operational insights and build automated reports/dashboards with an accent on data transformation, workflow design, and process improvement. Location: Remote from Pennsylvania with occasional visits to Philadelphia office. Must currently reside in Pennsylvania.

Salary: $56,000–$68,000 (target, depending on experience). Compensation range: $55,700–$83,500 USD.

What you will do

• Analyze large datasets using structured methods to uncover trends, anomalies, and performance drivers.
• Design, maintain, and improve workflows and business processes for operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain automated Power BI dashboards and reports for internal/external stakeholders.
• Create automated data transformations by cleaning, reshaping, and combining sources.
• Assist with data collection for analysis, audits, and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Must currently reside in Pennsylvania.
• 5-8 years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Advanced skills in Power BI development, Excel (PivotTables, complex formulas), and Power Query required.
