What you will do

• Maintain and update renewal logs in Quote Tracker and Synergy CRM.
• Send renewal solicitations and determine proper renewal terms with carriers.
• Handle communications with insurance carriers throughout the renewal process.
• Create quote documents, process payments, issue policies, and handle invoices.
• Provide mid-term policy servicing including cancellations, reinstatements, and endorsements.
• Sort mail, facilitate carrier communications on policy questions, and participate in team meetings for process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 months related experience or equivalent.
• Some insurance knowledge preferred (e.g., INS21, INS22, INS23).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Experience in the veterinary industry preferred.
