What you will do
- Own end-to-end integrated multi-channel planning for assigned accounts, aligning annual and campaign plans to business objectives.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with director and VP-level stakeholders to navigate risks and political headwinds.
- Convert complex platform, competitive, and proprietary app insights into clear, action-driving narratives.
- Lead forecasting and scenario modeling (CAC, ROAS, revenue) to identify waste and scale opportunities.
- Manage and develop emerging leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Collaborate with Business Development to shape solutioning and narratives for new business pursuits.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in client leadership within performance marketing for enterprise or upper-mid market clients.
- 4+ years of people leadership experience managing both individual contributors and other managers.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Cross-channel literacy across Search, Social, Display, TV, Audio, Commerce/Retail Media, and Lifecycle/CRM.
- Strong measurement acumen, including literacy in MMM, incrementality, and KPI trees.
- BA/BS degree required.
