TL;DR

Director of Strategic Partnerships (Edtech): Leading the partner ecosystem of LMS, LXP, and HR platforms to drive indirect revenue and scalable GTM motions with an accent on ecosystem architecture and executive relationship management. Focus on building scalable partner operating systems, optimizing onboarding workflows, and delivering sustained ecosystem growth.

Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada. Requires approximately 25% travel.

Salary: $180,000 – $200,000 USD annually + up to 30% bonus.

What you will do

  • Define and evolve the global partner strategy for LMS, LXP, and HR platforms to fuel indirect revenue.
  • Lead a global team of Strategic Partner Managers, providing coaching and strategic direction.
  • Architect a scalable partner operating system, including tiering, incentives, and governance models.
  • Serve as the executive owner for the most strategic partners, leading joint business planning and high-impact GTM initiatives.
  • Develop internal and external reporting systems to track pipeline, onboarding, and strategic outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to unlock partner-led growth.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States or Canada.
  • Proven track record of building systems, leading teams, and scaling partner ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable revenue results and scale GTM motions.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% for partner engagements and leadership collaboration.
