Lead Financial Analyst (Enterprise Finance & Consolidated Reporting)

Principal Financial Analyst (Enterprise Finance): Own end-to-end consolidated financial reporting, expense forecasting, and business partnering across global functions with an accent on AI and automation for process improvements. What you will do

• Own consolidated financial reporting including monthly close, financial statements, and executive/Board deliverables
• Partner with corporate functions, sales, marketing, technology, and product teams for expense tracking, variance analysis, and forecasting
• Develop rolling expense forecasts, identify trends and risks across cost centers
• Build and optimize financial models and reporting processes for accuracy and scalability
• Analyze performance, spending patterns, and efficiency opportunities providing decision-making insights
• Champion AI/automation adoption and lead process improvements from manual to data-driven workflows
• Collaborate across time zones with US and European leadership communicating insights clearly

Requirements

• Based in Brazil with ability to work across time zones including US and Europe
• 7–10 years in FP&A, corporate finance, business partnering, or consolidated reporting
• Strong Excel skills for complex financial modeling; proven monthly close and reporting experience
• Demonstrated cross-functional partnering with sales, marketing, technology, product, operations
• Experience improving/automating financial processes; interest in AI applications
• High attention to detail, data integrity, strong communication for executives/non-finance audiences
• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related; MBA a plus
• English language skills

Nice to have

• SQL, Python, BI tools, or financial automation platforms
• Experience in B2B SaaS, payments, or vertically integrated software companies
