Senior Financial Analyst

TL;DR

Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A): Providing reporting solutions and analysis to senior management and stakeholders with an accent on performance management, financial planning, and strategic planning. Focus on partnering with business leaders, building financial models, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, and identifying business opportunities and risks.

Location: US-Remote or Hybrid, based on location. EST or CST preferred, up to 10% travel

What you will do

• Partner with IT, Finance, HR, Legal, and Facilities leaders to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decisions.
• Analyze KPIs, monitor financial results, and advise on opportunities, risks, and recommended actions.
• Build and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives, scenario planning, and M&A evaluations.
• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasts, and long-term strategic planning components.
• Support cross-functional teams, cascade budgets, drive process improvements, and ensure data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar FP&A systems.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
