Location: Hybrid with 3 days per week onsite in New York or San Francisco Headquarters. For candidates outside NY/NJ/SF area, eligible for relocation assistance program. Roles in Salt Lake City also hybrid (2-3 days onsite).

Salary: $172,000—$215,000 USD (Tier 1 markets: NYC/SF). Geographic pay differential for other U.S. locations.

What you will do

• Support strategic alignment, financial modeling, and data analysis across teams.
• Develop frameworks and processes to optimize resource allocation decisions.
• Create and operate financial forecasting tools and operating models for predictability.
• Build metrics, reporting, forecasting, and performance targets aligned with strategy.
• Analyze unit economics to drive high-ROI decision-making.
• Lead research, data analysis, and insightful KPI reporting for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, biz ops, consulting, or investment banking.
• Financial modeling expertise and deep understanding of fintech/financial services business models.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or relevant field.
• Highly analytical with complex data analysis interest.
• Superior communication and collaboration skills across organization levels.
• Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with operations or strategy at high-growth tech company.
• Experience with databases, SQL, and BI tools.
