Location: Remote - must reside in southwest Michigan for frequent travel within the territory

Salary: $18.80 - $28.30 hourly USD

What you will do

• Perform hands-on commercial energy audits to identify savings opportunities.
• Install energy-efficient equipment and conduct pre/post-installation verifications.
• Engage directly with customers and contractors to support retrofits and new construction.
• Provide technical advice, guidance, and training on installations and configurations.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and recommend solutions.
• Travel throughout assigned territory, documenting inspections and interactions.

Requirements

• Reside in southwest Michigan with clean valid driver's license (21+).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer-facing background is a plus.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and maintain clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
