What you will do

• Conduct electrical studies for renewable facilities, covering substations and collection systems for solar, wind, and BESS.
• Develop technical reports for short circuit, reactive power/load flow, arc flash, protection coordination, and harmonic analysis.
• Lead client-facing projects for renewable system studies and establish standardized templates and best practices.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for power system modeling software, providing technical support and troubleshooting for the team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance throughout all project phases, from conceptual design through testing and commissioning.
• Perform QA/QC reviews for electrical studies and occasionally assist with field testing and start-up services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering or field experience.
• FE licensure is required; PE licensure is preferred.
• Proficiency in power system modeling software such as PowerFactory and ETAP.
• Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
