Location: Full-time onsite in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA (5 days per week)

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead day-to-day workplace operations in the Raleigh office, including food, supplies, mail, and visitor support.
  • Manage workplace service tickets globally and coordinate with building management.
  • Support event logistics for offsites, customer visits, and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle new hire onboarding, orientation sessions, and local connections.
  • Track vendor spend, manage budgets, and ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Contribute to global workplace programs, data tooling, sustainability, and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in workplace or employee experience roles; office site lead experience preferred
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in Raleigh; physically able to stand, move, lift up to 50lbs
  • Experience supporting hybrid work environments and distributed workforces.
  • Familiarity with vendor management, budgeting, onboarding, event logistics, and employee engagement.
  • Experience working across time zones or in global teams.
  • Hospitality-driven, proactive, detail-oriented, and strong communicator.
