Salary: $176,000 - $245,000

What you will do
- Develop strategic plans and a product roadmap to increase successful two-year to four-year student transfers.
- Spearhead the ideation, design, and development of new products from concept to launch.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and engineers.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for educational equity.
- Establish performance metrics to evaluate the product development cycle and team progress.
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- 12–15+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or design, specifically in zero-to-one environments.
- 5+ years of experience leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel approximately 2 weeks per quarter.
- Proven track record of simplifying complex challenges into actionable paths.
