TL;DR

Location: Remote - USA (Authorization to work in the US is required)

Salary: $176,000 - $245,000

What you will do

  • Develop strategic plans and a product roadmap to increase successful two-year to four-year student transfers.
  • Spearhead the ideation, design, and development of new products from concept to launch.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and engineers.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for educational equity.
  • Establish performance metrics to evaluate the product development cycle and team progress.

Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • 12–15+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or design, specifically in zero-to-one environments.
  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel approximately 2 weeks per quarter.
  • Proven track record of simplifying complex challenges into actionable paths.

  • Experience in education, higher education, or the community college ecosystem.
