What you will do

• Drive end-to-end GenAI experimentation: translate business problems into solutions, manage launches from prototype to scale, define metrics, and assess performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and risks to deliver against milestones with responsible practices (security, privacy, accessibility).
• Lead user research and discovery to identify high-impact AI use cases in employee workflows.
• Co-own AI engagement strategy, evolve AI Champions network, and define trust requirements with governance.
• Scan emerging GenAI technologies, design pilots, and document repeatable models for adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years as Product Manager/Product Owner leading AI/automation products from discovery to delivery.
• Proven cross-functional leadership with engineering/ML, design, research; problem framing, user research, evidence-based decisions.
• Stakeholder engagement, change management, enterprise transformations, adoption strategies.
• Evaluate GenAI tech (quality, safety, cost); user-centered practices (interviews, usability tests).
• Responsible AI commitment (privacy, security, compliance); operational excellence (rituals, vendors).
• Authorization to work in the United States; ability to travel 4-5 times/year.
