What you will do

  • Oversee implementation engagements as a product SME for net-new and expanding customers.
  • Develop and lead detailed project plans to ensure successful execution and achievement of milestones.
  • Facilitate regular updates to internal and external stakeholders to mitigate risks and resolve blockers.
  • Lead change management efforts to promote smooth transitions for clients and end-users.
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and documentation to educate customers on optimal workflows.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to define project scope and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Customer Success within a SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of deploying high-touch implementations for SMB to Mid-Market clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting to both end-users and executives.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts such as APIs and webhooks.
