What you will do

• Lead client launch implementations, mapping clinical workflows and bridging clients, dietitians, and operations for seamless onboarding.
• Manage client success by monitoring clinical KPIs, supply and demand, and program performance.
• Coordinate across Clinical Ops, Client Success, Training, Sales, and Credentialing teams to sync deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans with timelines, milestones, and risk management while holding teams accountable.
• Perform data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets to drive evidence-based program adjustments.
• Support Registered Dietitian network with training, troubleshooting, and feedback integration.
• Ensure regulatory alignment, focusing on Medicare and Medicaid requirements at state and national levels.

Requirements

• Location: Must be eligible to work remotely in the US
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of project management or operations experience in healthcare
• Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data visualization)
• Experience with PM tools like Asana, ClickUp, or Salesforce
• Strong leadership through influence, decision-making in ambiguity, and stakeholder communication

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid health plans
• Quality Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) or EHR systems experience
• Clinical experience as a dietitian or workflow mapping
• PMP or equivalent certification
