Salary: $80,000–$90,000

What you will do
- Manage the full lifecycle of multi-phase software implementation projects for municipal Building and Planning departments.
- Analyze permitting, licensing, and land-use workflows to design and configure effective system solutions.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and deliver tailored software demonstrations to municipal staff.
- Create and maintain detailed technical specifications for data migration, custom routines, and project documentation.
- Deliver synchronous and asynchronous end-user training to municipal staff, both remotely and onsite.
- Collaborate with internal teams via JIRA and Kantata to prioritize requirements and resolve client issues.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience implementing complex software modules or municipal technology solutions.
- College Diploma or University Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, GIS, Urban Planning, or Civil Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably with public-sector clients.
- Proficiency with project management tools, methodologies, Google Suite, and JIRA.
- Must be based in Canada.
- Valid driver’s license and passport for travel.
Nice to have
- Experience working specifically with Building, Planning, or Community Development departments.
- Knowledge of working with large land-use, parcel, or permitting data sets.
