Client Onboarding Manager (SaaS)

TL;DR

Client Onboarding Manager (SaaS): Leading efficient and successful client onboarding campaigns to drive revenue from supplier registrations with an accent on project coordination, stakeholder management, and change management. Focus on coordinating supplier list enrichment, drafting co-branded communication plans, and training client users on product features.

Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in Lehi, Utah, USA)

What you will do

• Lead and oversee Registration Campaign launches to drive revenue from Supplier Registrations.
• Coordinate the scope, strategy, and quality assurance of client supplier lists gathered from various ERP systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to draft and execute co-branded communication plans for clients and their suppliers.
• Train client users on product features, reporting tools, and feedback mechanisms.
• Manage customer escalations and provide regular reporting to meet client SLAs.
• Ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to Client Success Management after the launch phase.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or customer success roles.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Lehi, Utah office (Hybrid).
• 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce.com (CRM).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).

• Sales experience or experience with long sales cycles.
