TL;DR
Regional Sales Manager (SaaS): Driving growth and managing channel partners for cloud-centric video management systems in Eastern Canada with an accent on B2B relationship building and territory expansion. Location: Must be based in Eastern Canada; requires 70%–85% overnight travel, including some weekends.

What you will do
- Manage the Eastern Canada territory to meet and exceed sales goals via effective territory management.
- Identify and acquire new Certified and Premier channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional accounts, dealers, and distribution partners.
- Conduct training, joint sales calls, and end-user presentations for regional partners.
- Prepare for and attend key regional and national trade shows and vertical market events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues professionally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience (preferably in technology) and 5 years of B2B sales experience.
- Fluent in both English and French.
- Ability to travel overnight 70%–85% of the time.
- Proficient in CRM software, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Must have existing employment authorization for Canada (sponsorship is not available).
Nice to have
- Experience in Cloud SaaS sales.
- Experience in Video Surveillance Management Systems sales.
- Microsoft or networking certifications.
