What you will do
- Act as the primary analyst for tracking program benchmarks and incentive budget impact within a proprietary system.
- Develop and generate unique coupon codes and promotional identifiers for retail partners like Lowe’s and Home Depot.
- Reconcile monthly sales and redemption data against internal records to ensure accurate rebate processing.
- Coordinate with retail corporate offices to integrate coupon codes into POS systems.
- Analyze redemption trends and program sell-through data to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct internal audits to prevent incentive duplication and ensure compliance with utility regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data coordination, program operations, or retail analytics, preferably in the energy or utility sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and experience managing complex datasets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Ability to master proprietary software and project management tools quickly.
- High precision in data entry and strong organizational skills for managing seasonal promotion rollouts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for translating technical findings to stakeholders.
