What you will do

• Drive and facilitate cross-functional stakeholder interactions to bring products to market, managing risks and schedules.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies to ensure high sales rates.
• Deliver all program elements from ideation to end-of-life.
• Use KPIs and data to inform decision-making across teams.
• Identify risks, develop mitigations, and track progress.
• Spot and address resource and knowledge gaps.
• Channel global information to local teams as a business conduit.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in technical/engineering or business management field highly desired
• 2+ years direct Product Development experience
• Experience in new product development or program management (Consumer Goods Industry strongly preferred)
• Assertive, confident, with cross-functional leadership skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for C-Suite, peers, suppliers, and customers
• Strong bias to action, accountability, high energy, detail-oriented
• Intermediate skills with MS Project (or similar), Excel, PPT, and Visio
